That is why we strongly encourage clans to join the United Clan Alliance [UCA] and adopt the UCA Standards. The UCA is a collective of clans that have come together to promote respect, collaboration, and a safe environment within the gaming clan scene. By joining the UCA, clans will not only gain recognition and visibility, but also access to a range of resources and support to help them grow and thrive.

UCA Standards
I. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans are expected to read and follow the UCA Standards, Values, and Policies and must uphold them at all times.
II. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans are expected to abide by all social and gaming platforms terms of services.
III. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans must show respect to everyone. This includes affiliates and non-affiliates.
IV. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans must not discriminate. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on race, age, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or any other personal interest, or investment.
V. All UCA partnered or affiliated clan’s leadership are expected to display proper conduct, leadership skills, and a high level of professionalism at all times.
VI. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans must keep all their members out of harm's way internally within their respective clan.
VII. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans are to abstain from all forms of hacking, software alteration, modifying or any other illegal activities.
VIII. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans are to abstain from any and all social media drama and/or altercations.
IX. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans are to abstain from any form of harassment.
X. All UCA partnered or affiliated clans are to abstain from unethical clan practices. This includes, but is not limited to, “Poaching”, "Ghosting", and/or “War Tactics”.

THE LEADERSHIP OF UNITED CLAN ALLIANCE HAS A ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE UCA STANDARDS. LEADERSHIP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY CLAN REGARDLESS OF MEMBER COUNT, ACTIVITY, OR POSITION. YOUR ACTIONS AGAINST OR IN NONCOMPLIANCE WITH UCA STANDARDS MAY RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION LEADING UP TO BUT NOT EXCLUDING A PERMANENT REMOVAL FORM THE ALLIANCE.

A Safe Environment
A safe environment is essential for the well-being and success of any clan. It allows members to feel secure and protected, which in turn promotes trust, collaboration, and teamwork. A safe environment also enables members to express themselves freely and to share their ideas and experiences without fear of judgement or harm. Additionally, a safe environment fosters a sense of community and belonging, as members are able to form strong bonds and connections with one another. Furthermore, a safe environment is crucial for the physical and mental health of clan members, as it reduces the risk of stress. In short, providing a safe environment is a crucial aspect of effective clan management, and it is essential for the success and happiness of all members.
Policies
I. To join the UCA a clan must have not operated outside of the UCA Standards within the last 3 months.
II. Affiliated and Partnered clans are NOT required to change their structure in any way other than abiding by UCA Standards to become a part of the UCA.
III. All clans joining the UCA must first be listed as an Affiliate for 3 months before becoming Partnered.
IV. All Affiliated clans are on a One Strike Policy.
V. All Partnered clans are on a Three Strike Policy. (One Strike if involved in harm to a minor.)
VI. All Affiliated and Partnered clans leadership is required to be in the UCA Discord Server.
VII. Partnered clans must sponsor two members of their leadership team to sit on the UCA Board of Leadership
VIII. All Affiliated and Partnered clans must visibly represent the UCA seal on all social media banners.
IX. All Affiliated and Partnered clans must visibly represent the UCA seal, UCA description, and Discord server invite link in all Discord Servers.
